Over the past 30 years Stainless Steel had widely replaced more traditional materials such as ductile iron on Waste Water Treatment plants.
The hygienic characteristics of Stainless Steel lends itself to a number of applications and lighter gauge stainless steel piping has been preferred on lower pressure, large bore applications such as aeration.
DH Stainless has supplied some of the largest Waste Water Treatment projects in the UK for the likes of Thames, Irish, Scottish and Yorkshire Water. Due to our expertise in this industry we were asked to contribute technically to the latest Water Industry Specification (WIMES 8.08) and look forward to seeing how AMP8 develops over the next 5 years.
